Ticket sales

Tickets sales at the Main entrance is open 24h / day.

Infodesk

The Infodesk is open 24h/day to assit all visitors with their problems. The Infodesk also contains a luggage deposit and sells ASSEMBLY T-shirts, posters and other memorabilia.

NetInfo

The NetInfo is open 24h/day to help with PartyNet related network problems.

Security personnel

The professional ASSEMBLY security team and the security personnel of the Hartwall Areena guarantee a safe event for all of the visitors.

First aid

The Finnish Red Cross personnel is available around the clock. The personnel tours the arena and is available at their service point in the Ground floor.

Food & Drink

Food & Drink are sold 24h/day. See the separate food & drink page for details.

Showers and sauna (men & women)

Showers are open 24h/day. Showers are cleaned daily.

Sauna is open 10h/day as follows: between 16-18 it is ladies time and between 18-02 it is gentlemen's time. The sauna is located in the men's shower.

WCs

There are more the plenty of toilets to go around.

Cleaning

Professional cleaning services are taking care of the of all the public places and emptying trashed. Please move your garbage from your computer place to the large trash bins.
