Desert Planet will perform at Assembly saturday-sunday night starting 2400 at Lapin Kulta restaurant

Desert Planet is playing bitpopping electronic dance music with some flavours from oldschool video game music, coin-operated video games, vintage computers and video games like c64, Nintendo Etertainment System and Amiga.

Their fun upbeat electro-punk have been praised around the world and their music videos have get a cult reputation as the funniest mix of a 8-bit computer games and b-class science fiction movies.

Desert Planets latest album "Mario built my Hot Rod" was released in Finland, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The album has got brilliant reviews in German music press and the band have been busy touring in Central Europe lately. Their gigs are a fun mix of party-attitude, rocking visuals and b-class science fiction movie humour.
