No. We accept payment only by Finnish bank's web payments and COD (Cash On Delivery). Bank transfer is available if your bank doesn't support web payment.

Foreign visitor's tickets will be available at the door for paying with cash.

What is the web payment?

The largest Finnish banks offer an online payment method, that allows the customers of these banks pay for good and services using their online banking services. This is a very convient way of ordering and paying.

Compared to COD the key benefits are:

  • You save 3 € on shipping costs (3,5 € compared to 6,5 € with COD)
  • You get the tickets delivered straight to your home (with COD you need to pick them up at the post office)
  • You get the tickets faster (delivery to your home is faster and shipping from ASMORG takes less time)

To sum it up, it is cheaper and more convenient. The web payment is only available to customers of the following Finnish banks, who have an account to the online banking service:

What is Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery is a postal service in which the package you have bought is sent to the nearest post office for your pick up. You pay for the package when you pick it up. Cash On Delivery is postiennakko in Finnish.

I have received a broken ticket or they were accidentally damaged. What do I do?

The best way to change them is at the party place. The security people have spare tickets so you can change your ticket from them. You don't have to go to the ticket sales queue. Please keep in mind, that you need the original broken ticket (all parts of it!) in order to be able to change it to a new one. Don't send any broken tickets to us by normal mail.

Don't push your luck - do not put the ticket to your wrist until you are at the party place. Don't play with your ticket.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Finland only. Ticket buyers outside of Finland get their tickets from the ticket office at the main entrance of the party place.

Why are the buyers selected randomly?

We have only a limited number of computer tickets available and there is a very large crowd of people. It is not possible to offer a ticket to everybody who wants one. We have tried the "first-come-first-served" approach for a couple of years, and we don't believe it works fairly. Because of this we have decided to select the buyers completely randomly. Your registration date doesn' t affect the random selection at all.

Can I pick the computer places I want to buy even though the selection of buyers is random?

Yes. You can pick the places you want to buy. You can buy up to 99 computer tickets with one order.

Can you guarantee that I will get to buy computer tickets if I register?

No. There is only a limited number of tickets, so it is possible that we run out of tickets before you are randomly selected from the crowd.

If already bought entry / computer tickets, but I want some more. Can I buy again?

Of course. Your previous purchases do not affect the future purchases, so if you want to buy computer places again, you need to re-enter into lottery.

I have registered for computer place sales, but I haven't received any emails. What's wrong?

The email confirmation for the registration is sent immediately after you have registered. If you don't receive the email, you probably have entered your email address incorrectly. In that case, you need to contact us by email.

I bought tickets already last year, what should I do this year?

If you bought tickets in advance already last year, you have an existing user account in our ticket sales system. A reminder will be sent to by email about your user account and password on 19th April 2006. You must Re-enter into lottery earliest on Wednesday 21th of April in order to participate in the ticket sales lottery this year.

If you don't receive a reminder from us by email, you need to contact us by email.

What kind of browser should I have to use the computer ticket ordering applet?

You should use a new browser (e.g. Firefox 1.5 or Opera 9) with Java JRE 1.3 (or later) support.  You can download the latest JRE from http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

If you want to test whether your browser supports Java JRE 1.3, try our test page.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
To use Microsoft Internet Explorer to run the Ticket Sales Applet, you must configure the it to use the Sun JRE plug-in. To do this,

  1. Install the latest JRE
  2. Go to the Windows Control Panel
  3. Select Java Plug-In
  4. Select "Browser" tab
  5. Check the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" selection
  6. Click Apply
  7. Close the Java Plug-in window
  8. Re-start the browser.

What if I can't run Java with my browser?
