Instructions for entry tickets

Entry tickets are tickets which allow you access to the party place 24h/day for the whole duration of the event, but which do not guarantee you a computer place. If there are free computer places, you can take those places into use. If you are bringing a computer to the party place and you want to be sure that you have place for it, buy a computer ticket.
Entry tickets are sold separately from the computer tickets. To order an entry ticket, you need to register and then buy the entry tickets. There are over 1500 entry tickets for sale.
If you want to order both entry tickets and computer tickets, you can order the entry tickets when you order computer tickets.
Registration for ticket sales is open from Wednesday 26th of April at 19:00 (Finnish time, UTC+3). Tickets are sold from Wednesday 10th of May at 19:00 (Finnish time, UTC+3) to Friday 21st of July at 19:00 (Finnish time, UTC+3). Entry tickets cost 35 € each.
Register & buy tickets
To buy entry tickets, you first register and then buy the tickets as shown below:
So, if you want to order entry tickets, you need to register first:
- Click on the "Register to ticket sales" to start the ordering
- Enter your personal information on the form
- If the registration contained the necessary fields, it will be accepted and you will be notified immediately by email
Please note that if you bought tickets in advance in year 2004 or in year 2003, you already have a valid user account and you don't need to register again. You will receive a reminder email with your user account and password on 18th of April 2005. You can use this user account to buy tickets also this year.
When you have received the registration notification email (with the password), you can order the entry tickets:
- Click on the "entry ticket sales" to start the ordering
- Login using your email address and the password (received in email)
- Enter the amount of entry tickets you want to buy
- Select the payment method (web payment (cheaper & faster) or COD)
- Your order will be saved and you will get a notification of the order by email
Pay the tickets
The next step is to pay the tickets, after which they will be shipped to you. See below for details:
You can either pay with web payment (recommend) or with COD. When you pay with web payment you will save time and money. To pay with web payment, follow the instructions below:
- The purchase confirmation email sent to you contains payment instructions. Simply click on the link in the mail to open up the proper page on the ASSEMBLY website
- Select which order(s) you want to pay now
- Select the bank you wish to use
- You are transferred to the bank you selected
- Pay the tickets in the online bank
- You are then returned to ASSEMBLY website and a confirmation of successful payment is shown. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
- Tickets will be shipped directly to your home within 2 weeks.
To pay with COD, select COD when buying your tickets
- We will ship your order in 2-3 weeks with COD (Cash on Delivery)
- The post office will receive your package a week after and they will send you a note by post
- You get the tickets after you have paid for them at the post office
Note: the amount of tickets you actually buy can be different from the preliminary info you gave during registration.
P.S. Remember to print out the email confirmation and take it with you to the party place!
