Large groups

Computer and entry tickets are sold prior to the public ticket sales to groups that buy at least 15 computer tickets in advance at one time.

If you bought tickets last year

If you bought tickets already last year, you have an user account in our system. You will receive a reminder email in this case. Check your delivery address and update it if necessary. You need to then Re-enter into Lottery using the link supplied in the email. You can re-enter into lottery between Wed 26th of April and Tuesday 2nd of May in order to be eligible for Large group pre-sales.

If you are a new customer

Welcome! Please register in the ticket sales registration page (opens 26th of April at 19:00).

Ticket purchase and payment

We will pick all groups with more than 15 tickets from all of the registrations. These groups will then order their tickets starting Monday 8th of May at 19:00 (Finnish time) using the ticket sales system. You will get the password and the URL by email.

If you register a large group after 2nd of May, you will not get this special treatment.

We don't ship tickets with COD to large groups. There are three options to pay for tickets

• pay and pick up up tickets from our office (you save the shipping costs)
• pay the price of the tickets using web payment
• pay using bank transfer (only if your bank is not among the supported banks for web payment)
  

Tickets must be paid within two weeks after buying them from the website. Otherwise tickets are freed and sold again.

Large groups (15 tickets or more) get a 5% discount for their order. Shipping to Finland is 3,5 €.

Note: it is forbidden to buy tickets only for reselling purposes.
