Extreme compos run executable graphics and music also on PC

Code squeezing extends from intros and Oldskool entries to music and graphics for all platforms in Extreme compos.

The latest change to the ASSEMBLY Summer 08 compo rules: Music and graphics streaming from small executables in PC can now join the oldskool music and graphics compos in the Extreme compos.

Extreme Music and Graphics host now all tiny executable music and graphics regardless of the platform, be it old or new. The entries are only limited by size.
