Print your e-ticket!
Remember to print your e-ticket and take it with you to the party place! When you show the e-ticket at the door, you will receive a ticket bracelet.
If you have bought tickets in advance, you must print out your e-ticket and take the print out with you the party place. The e-ticket proves that you have bought the ticket and it will be exchanged to the bracelet at the door, when you arrive.
Read the e-ticket info on the Ticket Sales System online help. To print your e-ticket, follow these instructions:
- Log into the Ticket Sales System
- Select Your Orders from the navigation on the left
- Select Assign tickets to owner, print e-tickets from the Order list
- Select Print e-tickets
- Select Click to print this page
- Print the page on your printer
When you arrive the party place, you need to exchange your e-ticket into a bracelet at one of the e-ticket conversion points marked on the map.
