ASSEMBLY Organizing brings you the ASSEMBLY Summer 2009 ARTtech seminars! Since the year 2001 ARTtech seminars have showcased respected pioneers, industry veterans, technology experts and artists in interesting seminar sessions on technology and art and the combinations of the two!

ARTtech seminars are organized during ASSEMBLY Summer 2009 and are available free of charge to all visitors (max 120 persons per session).

Indie games

A key focus area for the ARTtech seminars in year 2009 are indie games. We are very proud to host two Independent Games Festival Grand Prix winners: Erik Svedäng with Blueberry Gardens (year 2009) and Petri Purho with Crayon Physics Deluxe (year 2008). We have an all star cast along with Erik and Petri including Eskil Steenberg, the developer behind the Love MMO, Jonatan Söderström talking about rapid game development and Mark Grady from Microsoft covering the exciting opportunities in the Windows Mobile market place!

Several more indie games sessions will be announced a bit later, so stay tuned!
