Tonight's Main Event: Press Play On Tape!

Assembly Summer 2011 presents a great concert that should warm the hearts of the fans of computers and music alike: A rock music commemoration of the 80's gaming culture.

Press Play On Tape, a Commodore 64 revival band from Copenhagen! They play almost exclusively music from Commodore 64 as rock on real instruments.

The members of the band have themselves worked with the video game industry, so it's nerdy music for nerds by nerds! Anywhere else this would not be a selling point but at Assembly it's exactly what you'd want.
