The key benefits for normal organizers are listed below

- in addition to your VIP entry ticket, you get 2 free entry tickets to your friends and 5 day tickets to your friends
- ASSEMBLY crew T-Shirt
- ASSEMBLY poster
- free, warm lunch every day and good discounts on food from Hartwall Arena's restaurants
- Access to exclusive penthouse Sauna (heated up around the day)
- Own sleeping area
- The ASSEMBLY After Party (el grande fiesta!)
- Minor salary to cover expenses. Only for persons in a demanding job / responsibility area (e.g. Security, function heads)

The key benefits for BuildCrew members are listed below

- a VIP ticket with computer place (to a place of your choosing) and 3 day tickets for your friends
- ASSEMBLY poster
- The ASSEMBLY After Party (el grande fiesta!)
Note: The BuildCrew benefits are different from normal organizer benefits, because BuildCrew members don't need to work during the event itself.

Responsibilities

- participating in event preparations as instructed by your function head (between 2 - 4 hours per week)
- participating in ASSEMBLY Organizing full team meetings (thrice a year)
- taking responsibility for your own work and doing your best to accomplish your tasks
- being flexible and helping others if they need your assistance
- working during the ASSEMBLY building, event and deconstruction times. This can be hard work and take up to 8-12 hours per day.
- must be present at the ASSEMBLY event and preferably during the building days (this year from the 26th to 27th of July)

Note: you must be at least 17 years old. Exceptions are made if you have good reasons for it =).

Note 2: Most of our team members are Finnish, but this is not a strict requirement.
