1. Getting to the party place

If you are coming by car, drive straight to the parking lot (driving instructions).

If you are coming by public transport (bus lines 1 or 7), get off at the last stop which by Pirkkahalli.

2. Enter the party place and convert your e-ticket to a bracelet

Enter the party place thru the main entrance. Present your printed e-ticket code and it will be converted to a bracelet.

3. Find your computer place

If you bought your tickets in advance, your printed e-ticket codes include a map with your computer place marked on it. Make sure you bring this map with you. If you don't yet have a computer place, check the big screen for the computer place map - it will show the free places.

Find your computer place using the map, the computer place map on the big screen and guides attached to the tables. Each table is marked with its coordinates (e.g. "A1") and each computer place is marked with yellow tape.

When you find your computer place, please double check that you are really in the correct place. There is a lot of hassle every year due to people sitting in wrong places.

4. Bring in your equipment

Use the Main entrance to bring your equipment in. The loading entrance will be only opened if the queue at the main entrance gets very long, as opening the doors will let a lot of cold air into the party hall. If you have just a couple of PCs, monitors etc, then you need to use the Main entrance.

There are carriages for transporting your equipment by the Loading entrance in the Ground floor . There are also carriages in the parking lot.

Load your equipment on the carriage and go to the Main Entrance.  Make sure you have already attached your ticket to your right wrist. Show your ticket to the security officer at the door.

Your property will be searched for illegal, forbidden and hazardous material. Please check our rules and do not bring any forbidden items to the party place.

The Loading entrance in the Ground floor are open on Friday 12-18 and Sunday 10-18.

5. Return the carriage the loading entrance

When you don't need the carriage any more, please return it to the loading entrance, so that others can use it too.

Note! Unloading during the prize giving ceremony is not recommended! Please plan your departure so that the prize ceremony doesn't affect it!
