Do you love Guitar Hero? Do you think Finnish player's should hold Guinness World Records in Guitar Hero?

We love Guitar Hero as do our friends at Kitarasankari.net. We think Finns will hold a world record very soon.

Official record attempt

The good folks of Kitarasankari.net will attempt to set an official Guinness World Record at ASSEMBLY Winter 2009. We will be going for following records:

Guitar Hero World Tour - longest marathon, full band 
Guitar Hero World Tour - highest score on a song, full band

Be sure to join in and cheer the players as they go for the world record!

The play for marathon starts around 18:00 local time on Friday and ends on Saturday around the same time. There is a Guinness Judge present at the venue on Saturday to verify the World Record.

You have chance to participate to the attempt as well, as we need wittnesses to be present during the attempt. You can opt to spend 2 or 4 hour shift at the wittness stand and be part of the attempt - we will reward you with a 15 eur discount to any future Assembly Ticket for spending two hours at the stand and 35 eur discount if you participate to the four hour shift. More information about the shifts at the venue. The discounts cannot be exchanged to money and the wittnesses must be 18 years or older.
