The groups for Assembly Winter 2017 ASUS ROG CS:GO tournament have now been drawn. Altogether sixteen teams will battle in the groups for piace of the $15 000 USD prize pool while the action is covered in multiple streams on Friday and Saturday, Feb 3-4, 2017.

The tournament kicks off on Friday Feb 3 with a group stage where the teams have been divided into four groups. The groups wil be played in a double elimination format in which teams will need two wins to advance. The top two teams in each group will secure a spot in the playoffs which will be played on Saturday, Feb 4. The group stage starts on Friday at 12:00 EET with groups A & B, while groups C & D will take the stage starting at 18:30 EET.

Before we go to the groups, we unfortunately have to announce that MAXISAUCISSE has cancelled their participation due to a sudden loss of a sponsor. They will be replaced by the Finnish Rynnäkköviikset (ex-SelEnor) who secured their spot through a four team mini-tournament organized for the round-of-eight losers of the main online qualifier.
